This privacy policy covers savemysaying.de and conservadicta.de, in the following abbreviated as (savemysaying || conservadicta).de.

Your privacy is an important factor that has been considered in the development of (savemysaying || conservadicta).de seriously:

• it's not necessary to save a family name – neither in the admin account nor in the data of the children; only the given name is needed in order to assign sayings to a child properly (of course, you can also use just a nickname or the like)
• it's not necessary to save further personal data like address, telephone number or even banking account data (saveMySaying-account is free!) – neither in the admin account nor in the data of the children
• it's not necessary to save a birthday of a child completely; only month and year of the birthday is needed for calculating the current age properly – the day itself is not wanted here knowingly! Furthermore, you don't have to enter the real month and year of birth, of course – calculation of the age would get unexact rather wrong, but you can use all the other functionalities anyway

These three design decisions above makes the data as anonymous as possible.

Furthermore, you have the right to free information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipients and the purpose of data processing and, if necessary, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data at any time within the scope of the applicable legal provisions. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the contact details as well as for further questions on the subject of personal data.

Deleting a saveMySaying-Account when misused

Should a saveMySaying-Account be used for another activity than saving sayings of children (e.g. advertisment or propaganda), this account will be deleted. All assigned data to that account will be deleted as well.
Please inform me about potential violations, using contact form above, subject "report violation".

Email & other communication channels

• for legal requirements, it's necessary that you have to confirm your current email-adress first; only after this confirmation, the email dispatch will work
• email dispatch will use your current email adress as sender address, i.e. not your saveMySaying-account
• the email recipients have to confirm as well, that they agree to recieve emails sent by (savemysaying || conservadicta).de; only after this confirmation, they will recieve emails sent by (savemysaying || conservadicta).de
• (savemysaying || conservadicta).de will not give away your email address(es) to anyone, who is not related to the operations of (savemysaying || conservadicta).de
• the email-address(es) will only be used for the functionality within (savemysaying || conservadicta).de
• (savemysaying || conservadicta).de will never ask you to send any of your passwords, further personal data or even banking-account data – not via email, but also not via any other possible cummunication channel
• if you contact us by e-mail, we will at least process your e-mail address and any other personal data contained in the e-mail; this happens exclusively to answer your inquiry. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the aforementioned purpose.

Contact form
